Veronika Peat (b.Moscow) is a UK-based artist and filmmaker working across moving image, drawing and printmaking. Her practice draws on her experience as an immigrant to the UK. The condition of exile and displacement becomes a lens through which the experience of home is examined and shaped in its absence.
Veronika’s work has been exhibited in UK and international exhibitions and film festivals, including IFF Message to Man (Russia) and Towner Eastbourne (UK).
Veronika is a graduate from Slade School of Fine Art (MFA 2025) and the Royal Drawing School, London (2018). She teaches in Art and Design at the University of Westminster.
